Hyundai Trouble Code P1614

Question

Hello, For one or two years now the "Check Engine" Code has come up P1614 Electronic Throttle System Module Malfunction on my 1998 Hyundai Accent, AT. It had stayed on for a few days then go out. Two weeks ago the "CE" came on and stayed on for a week and a half, went out and came back on 2 days later. Still coming up code P1614. What and where is the Electronic Throttle System Module. No help in my Haynes Manual?
