Can I fix P1300 and 1310 repair codes for 1999 Camry 4 cylinder??? Is that both ignition coils

I got p1300 and 1310 codes on the diagnostic I want to know if this is fixable myself on a 1999 Camry four-cylinder is that both ignition coils that need replacement

P1300 Igniter circuit malfunction No.1

P1310 Igniter circuit malfucntion No.2

The No. 1 igntiter is for cylinders 1 and 4. Igniter No. 2 is for cylinders 2 and 3. Check the connection and its harness  to the igntion coil. To have both codes P1300 and P1310 this would lead  to the ECM has having the fault
