I have a 99 jaguar xj8 4.0 today I had tires put on and car went nuts

Question

After about two miles car shut off with no response from key and shifter locked in park. On dash says traction control transmission fault engine safe mode electrical malfunction improperly installed part and in order to get codes we had to jump ecm fuse to power up we got 455-1111 & 1230. Stranded need advice anything that may help. All fuses ad b4eakers seem to be good

P01230 Fuel pump relay malfunction

When you turn over the engine you should be able to hear the fuel pump activate, either even may have occured the fuel pump is faulty or its not getting the proper voltage to the relay,
