HI there,

The code is for a purge control solenoid malfunction. When the engine is running at certain times the purge control valve opens and the intake manifold pulls the fuel vapors from the charcoal canister. This code can be caused when the purge control valve isn't opening. The issue is most commonly a bad valve or the vacuum lines to the purge valve.
