30 miles post-spark plug change getting "Bank 1 too lean" .
most probable causes?
I'm assuming has something to do with necessary removal of intake manifold & MAF sensor to get to 3 rear plugs.
Any typical things to check?

Hi there,

You will usually get this code if there is a vacuum leak or if you accidentally connected a vacuum line to the wrong solenoid or side of the solenoid. Double check all of your vacuum lines, intake plentum. If the car is running a bit rough, take some carb cleaner while it's running and spray it around the intake. This will usually locate the vacuum leak and the car will either run smoother or the rpms will increase.
