P0447 - 2005 kia sedona, no power when going up hills

also sounds like here is air leaking from under the van. I have no power to go up hills or when passing another car. the code is P0447. 2005 kia Sedona.

P0447 Evaporative emission vent control circuit open

What you are describing seem as though you have a pluggged exhaust, which effect the engine abilty to breath. P0447 this is for the EVAP system . The problem when you have a circuit open code, is it capable of suspending other code that are occuring until a open circuit code is resolved.
