P0420, P1193 & P0138-- all in 1 '95 Jag XJ6...all one fault?

Car runs smoothly but sluggishly, city mpg. is on the poor side. No smoke; no eng. light. Any ideas on this? Are all 3 codes likely traceable to just the one rear sensor? Or to bad wiring? Or even a shot cat? (BTW, throttle body also prob needs cleaning by now.) Hate replacing parts on an experimental basis! Thanks, H.
