the van will not start and has a P1696, P1697, P0630, P0632 code, what could be the problem? It also had the 25A ASD fuse blown and I replaced it.

P1696 Eprom memeory write denied / invalid

P1697 EMR (SRI) mileage not stored

P0630 VIN not programed in PCM

P0632 Odometer not programed in PCM

The ECM does not belong to this vehicle, as long as the VIN is not flashed in the ECM the engine will not start. If the ASD fuse blows open replace the ASD relay with out a working ASD relay you would have no ignition spark, and no power to the injectors.
