P2202 code with U059E code

Question

I have replaced the DEF pump and still getting P2202 code with U059E code
Any suggestions

P2202 Nox sensor 1 circuit low Bank 1 Sensor 1

U059E Invalid data recieved from Nox sensor "A"Bank1 Sensor 1

This code condition is for Nox sensor 1 located at Bank 1.circuit low condition are mostly with the sensor internal condition
