how to fix 2009 forester sh with codes p2111, 2109 & 2135

Question

after cleaning the throttle body of my 2009 forester and tried to start the engine it wont. the following codes were given to me p2109/2111 & 2135.

P2109 Throttle pedal position sensor performance "A" minimum stop
P2135 Throttle pedal position sensor / switch A/B voltage correlation
 
Recheck the throttle body connection, somehow it not connected,
