2000 Ford Taurus with code P1237, how to fix my problem? should I get a whole new fuel pump

Hi there,

This code is actually for the fuel pump driver module, not the fuel pump itself. The driver module is located behind the rear piller at the back of the car. Remove the plastic and locate and replace it. Because you have the code it doesn't indicate that you should replace the actual fuel pump at all.
