NEED HELP WITH 2001 MUSTANG GT..4.7 CAMSHAFT SENSOR..CODE P0340

Have 2001 Mustang GT...4.7 LTR....changed Camshaft sensor after check engine light came on....light went off for 2 days, then reappeared...code shows P0340 again...where do I look next for repairs...

P0340 Camshaft position sensor circuit malfucntion

You need to check the circuit connection for this code condition, With key on engine off you need to measure the VPWR circuit you should have 10.5 volts or battery voltage, If thats good check the connection. esecially since it took 2 days for the code to set.
