P1495 code on 2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7

Question

I have already replaced the Leak Detection Pump and the canister purge solenoid on a 2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7 and every time I try to perform a drive cycle the check engine light comes back on with P1495 code. All wires are good. What else could the problem be?

When the LDP was installed, it has to be in its proper position, inside is a reed switch if not placed correctly you can set  a P1495
