Question

Hi i'm i have a 2002 toyota Camry 4 cylinder 2.4 liter i replaced the knock sensor and still getting the same code and every time this code shows up i noticed the vehicle has a delay in the last gear in the transmission and when i don't have the check engine light vehicle is shifting fine and if the ECM is possible the problem is programmable this type of computer? i will appreciated your help thanks
