is this the O2 sensor up under the hood under coolant overflow or is it the one in the exhaust under the car ?

HI there,

This code is for the O2 sensor under the car AFTER the catalytic converter. It has nothing to do with the coolant at all. Its the heater circuit of the O2 sensor. Usually replacing the sensor will resolve the issue.
