P1611 Engine control ignition relay control circuit high voltage

This code is set when there is a open circuit or a short to ground detected by the ECM for the igntion relay control. At the engine fuse relay box is a ECM main relay, replace that relay, as a start, the worste scenerio for this code it it return , the problem would be the ECM.
