The engine light comes on it gives me codes p0700 and p1775 but when I fill up with gas the engine light goes of4 or 5 days later the engine light comes on again. I have replaced the gas cap. I do not understand why it keeps giving me the same codes if when I fill up with gas the engine light goes off. Can you help Please.

P0700 Transmission fault detected  MIL light requested

P1775 Solenoid switch valve latched in TCC position

This code would not have connection to EVAP system or Engine system. what happens when you set this code there no first gear at a igntion start up. If this code occurs when the fuel tank is full  there  are certain condition that has to be present when this code occurs when you fill up with fuel such as, Was the A/C on during start up, was the radiator cooling fan on when you started up the engine. then yes it would have something to do when you filled up the fuel tank. If so then you would have a insufficient ground affecting the operation of the Transmission control relay such as a poor ground to the transmission control relay.
