A code of P0266 & P0302 came up immediately after having my whole fuel system replaced. This started when 6 out of 8 injectors were clogged due to rust in my gas tank. After 7 weeks in the shop, and $10K later, I get it back and immediately it is running rough and throwing this code.
Originally, when I lost power and had 6 injectors clogged I drove it for apprx. 15 miles to get it to the shop. Is it possible that I have messed up a cylinder wall or top of piston that might be causing what is happening now and it is mimicking a bad read on the injector? I will now take it to another mechanic, but do I have it towed or can I drive it to the shop which is approx. 15 miles away?
