P1740 Dodge - how do I clear it dealer can`t?

rebuilt trans in sept last year this year the new tork convert was found to be bad replaced but cannot get rid of code. shifts fine goes into overdrive at 44mph I`m starting to think the dealer did a cheapie on me and did not replace my tic or overdrive selnoid help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
