P1193 Intake air temperature sensor circuit high

Smell like gas, that has to be found out why? Circuit high are when a connection to that sensor fails to make proper connection or the sensor failed. But the fuel smell, If a fuel injector was leaking fuel externally, it does not have to set  a CK ENG LT. The  fuel smell has to be investigated.
