P0193 -Chevy - there is any relation between code P1093 and code P0193?

My truck is giving me code p1093 and my fuel filter is brand new

Both codes are in fact related. Both are for the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail. This code usually indicates a problem with the fuel pump as the computer sets this code when the expected fuel pressure isn't achieved. This could be a fuel pump problem, lift pump problem or a issue with the sensor itself.
