2013 Chrysler 200 with engine code P0135 related to engine start?

Does O2 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 on a 2013 Chrysler 200 have anything to do with starting up of my car?

Hi there,

This should not affect the cars starting ability. The car actually has to be running in order for the O2 sensors to work since they rely on the level of O2 in the exhaust stream. You can have this code and the car should still start without a problem.
