Can the code PO141 in Toyota Camry 2003 V6 affect the slip indicator and make it flash and off

Question

I drive a 2003 Toyota Camry V6, I discover my slip indicator lights
Comes on with a beep and off and d vehicle automatically apply brake
On motion for a seconds and release it. So I went for a scan and was told
Is because d bank 1 sensor 2 is bad. Pls could it this affect d VSc and d
Slip light to turn on and off

P0141 Oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

Sensor 2 is the downstream 02 sensor, located along Bank1. Once the CK ENG LT comes on . For safety reason the the ABS and TRAC are disabled, The reason manufactuer do this is that the vehicle is no longer operating at manufactuer specifications. With the CK ENG LT off or cleared the ABS and TRAC are functional. If you momentarily step on the brakes and you have what you experience, you would need to do a zero point calibration for the steering angle.
