I have Honda Accord 2005 - 4 cylinder.
There is no intake gasket leak or hose leak.
I replaced PCV valve and Heated Oxygen Sensor ( Front Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 1 )
and It still does not solve the PO171 after dring the car 2 rounds.
My car is only 87 K mile not even over 100K yet.
The car engine is still running quietly and smoothly.

Is there any possible malfunction some thing else ?

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi there,

This code can also be caused by a faulty mass air flow sensor, low fuel pressure and even a plugging catalytic converter. Basically anything that can cause the mixture to be to lean. With what you have already done and tested these are the areas I would go next.
