Hi there,

This code is for the fuel tank pressure sensor and should not be a factor as far as the car not starting. This may indicate that you have some wiring issues at the back of the car and it's possible the fuel pump is not getting power. This would cause the car not to start of course. I would double check and make sure all the wiring is tight back there, and if there is power getting to the fuel pump with the key on. You could also check the fuel pressure.
