Freeze Frame :

Fault Status :00000001
Fault Priority : 2
Mileage : 76680
Date : 2015.06.13

Hi there,

This code really doesn't have anything to do with the HF converter. Either the sensor heater wire is broken, shorted to ground or the wiring to the sensor is possibly pinched somewhere after you did the work.

Check and make sure the wiring is in good condition, if it is then replace the sensor.
