2003 Dodge Ram 1500 code P1281

Question

My Check Engine light is on and I key cycled the ignition 3 times to get Code P1281 (that does this code mean)

P1281 Engine in cold too long

This is when the engine does not reach operating temperature soon than what the PCM expects. The common fix is to replace the thermostat and to have the proper coolant to water ratio
