P0500 Ford -

Question

My 2000 ford excursion is showing the P0500 code and the speedo doesn't wrk. I was just wondering where that speed sensor is located?

This uses the rear ABS sensor for the speed sensor for the ABS and sends the info through the GEM module. The sensor is located on the rear differential. Just for a side note, its pretty common to have issues with the GEM module on these, so if the abs light is not on, I would look there for the problem first.
