P1482 Improper voltage level at the fan clutch control circuit

What causes this to happen is the wire for the cooling fan tends to rub thu. the only fix is to replace the fan clutch unit. You would also notice that when this code set , the acceleration is almost limited

On the fan clutch the harness tends to chaff that set P1482
