2007 Suzuki XL7 with engine code P0706

Question

My niece has the Suzuki xl7 2007. we have changed the thermostat we have check the fans we have changed out the fan relays check the engine cooling temperature sensor. we have flushed the radiator. When we check the diagnostic this is the only code that comes up. How is this code the problem if the SUV is overheating?

This can be intermittent , clear the code, as long as this is the only transmission code condition it would be considered intermittent
