P0010 Ford what is this code

I have 1996 Ford Taurus with a p0010 code. Car won't start, what could be wrong?

This year make and model is not equipt with this sensor, If the engine does not start you need to start with the basic, such as fuel , when you turn the key yoou should at least be able to hear the fuel pump turn on, And check for ignition spark from the igntion coil.
