What do i look for after the egr valve and manifold intake area are clean and 1491 code appears?

I changed the EGR valve. I have cleaned the manifold under the fuel injectors connected to the egr valve. Code 1491 appears. What to inspect next?

P1491 Exhaust gas recirculation insufficient lift

Check the vacuum hose routing.
