2008 Chevrolet Cobalt with code P2430

Question

I replaced my sensor because it was stating the p2430 code and cleared my check engine light.. now it's popping back on quicker then usual.. I don't know what else to do. It's told me a fuse was bad. Now it's telling me the MAP sensor is bad. I need to pass emissions soon and I don't have a ton of money to figure out what's wrong
