will fuel level sensor

Question

My question is, do I have to have another fuel level sensor, I have been driving car with low fuel light on,,this I believe caused engine light to come on. I have reset engine light. Will all be well now, I am not driving car with low fuel anymore. Thanks a lot

Hi there,

This would really depend on what the code was that was being stored If you had a code for the sending unit or the fuel temp sensor then this might resolve it. Chances are though the low fuel has nothing to do with the check engine light coming on
