P0405 Exhaust gas Recirculation (EGR) Sensor A circuit low

The condition to set this code is when the PCM sees a fault with EGR position sensor low feedback signal voltage, where its feed back signal is less than 0.3 volts. Another cause is in the sensor itself.You would need to measure the EGR sensor signal for its 5 volts refference. , If the voltage is there replace the EGR.
