P0125 Ford ranger

Question

My truck overheat it says p0125 I already change the thermostat but still the water fill in radiator and blown the radiator cap.i already flush it many times and put new anti - freeze but still overheat.
What can I do with it?

P0125 Insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop operation

If there is compression in the radiator you would need a headgasket
