2007 Honda Accord 2.0L with multiple engine codes P0138, P0139, and P0457. Please help to decode.

The P0138 and P0139 codes indicate a problem with the Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Rear Oxygen Sensor or Downstream O2 Sensor). Replacing the Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor it's necessary to fix the problem. For the P0457 code, you could start by checking the gas cap. Make sure the gas cap isn't damaged and is tight.
