s10 2.2 engine code p0118 I have 10.1 volts at senser plug I have 00.0 resistance at senser I have -40 on reader on ect line

HI there,

To test the sensor you need to put in into hot water and see if the resistance changes. If it stays at 00.0, replace the sensor. The voltage seems high as it should have 5 reference volts so check your wiring for a short to power as well. I would start with testing the sensor properly first. Change it if there isn't any change.
