We are getting two codes PO442 and POOO1 are they related?

We are getting a PO442 Code but also a POOO1 Code. Are the two related?

Fuel cap not secure or worn would be the most common cause for a P0442. P0001 is not used by any of the manufactuer just yet. P000 would be used on a OBD system that uses a CAN protocal , P0001 has no relation
