1999 chevy s10 just died and no start

My chevy s10 with a 4.3 stalled with no warning and no spark changed distributor cap and coil still no start

No spark, no warning just stalled, check the connection ot the ignition module, when the ignition module fails it can can do so with out any noticeable condition, A failed ICM does not set any code condition just no spark

 When replacing the ICM (ignition control module) apply a appropriate amount of dielectric grease to act as a heat sink to prevent premature ICM failure
