P0420 2004 Nissan Sentra -

Question

I have a po420 code on my 2004 Nissan sentra. two mechanics say replace the cat converter.
I found an oem cat conv on e-bay. It does not have an 02 sensor port on the cat. It that converter compatible with my vehicle?

The converter should be compatable because te O2 sensor on the 04 is mounted to the exhaust manifold and not the converter
