2010 chrysler 300 touring code p 0481 engine light is on

Car won't start only code that shows is p0481 and check engine light is on I've replaced the starter and a fułe sensor but still nothing can any one help

P0481 Cooling fan 2 control circuit

Check for power for the power distribution module,

 Power distribution module, contains the starter relay and the fuel pump relay, these are known problems, for the no start situation.
