1983 Chevrolet C10 6.2L Diesel with code P0670

Question

with new glow plug relay, diode and cold engine, dash light comes on once for 5 seconds and does not recycle intermittently. is this normal? 8 glow plugs good with test light but don't know how red hot they get. thanks

Hello

Most of the time the glow plug control module is the issue. Replace it and it should solve the problem.
