2002 Nissan Frontier 3.3L 6 Cyl with engine codes P0302 and P0328

Question

I got a 2002 Nissan Frontier 3.3L 6 Cyl, giving codes for knock sensor and misfire on cyl 2, P0302 and P0328, we replaced rotor, wires, dist cap and sprk plugs service engine light will come on then off an back on, what could problem be

If you are still getting a code for a misfire, then the next step would be to check for intake manifold leaks and check the engine compression. To check for leaks, with the engine running spray some carb cleaner along the intake manifold. If the engine idle speeds up, or if the idle smooths out, then there is a intake manifold leak.
