where is the battery sensor and will it keep the truck from starting with starting fluid,p1492 code.

HI there,

The battery temp sensor is located in the battery tray under the battery. This should not keep the truck from starting unless it's preventing the alternator from charging the battery. Then you could have a no crank no start.
