First, after replacing the converters, you have to clear the codes. They will go away on their own, but it will take a long time. If the codes were cleared and re appeared, then it could be a problem with the rear O2 sensors or an issue with some type of exhaust leak. I have also seen issues with the engine not running well also cause converter codes. If the plugs are do to be replaced, replace them. You want the engine running it's best to burn the most fuel
