2001 camry evap not ready to test will bad thermostat prevent evap and catalitic converter from being ready to test

No, if the 02 monitor are set, and what is left is the catalytic and the EVAP, you would have to do a highway speed drive, fuel tank level has to be from more than 1/4 and less that 3/4 inorder for the EVAP to run which would be the last of the monitors to run.
