2008 Dodge Charger 3.5L V6 with engine code P0481

2008 Dodge Charger 3.5L V6, A/C fan not working except if I connect it directly from the fuse B, the ac is cooling properly only on high speed, if the car on N mode or slow-moving the ac fan stops. The other engine fan is normal, with no overheating.
