FORD MUSTANG 3.8 1995 LAST PROBLEM PIN IT DID NOT FLASH THE OTHER MADE A DEAD SHORT,ANY IDEAS ! I

THE LITTLE TRICK WITH PINS AND I GOT NOTHING NO FLASH SO I TRYED THE OTHER PIN IN THE ROW IT WAS A DEAD SHORT. ABOUT TO DO ALL ONE AT A TIME . THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP !

1995 this was called a hybrid OBD 2 system, even with a OBD 1 connection the vehicle CK ENG LT would not even read, you would  have to use the OBD 2 port and gather a code using the OBD 1 protacols or some scantool would not communicate, Try the pin again this time do a engine running , instead of a 2 digit expect a 3 digit code.
