P1175 GMC - what is the most common of this list to cause the p1175 ? ?

Check engine light is on giving code p1175, don't know where to start

P1175 Fuel trim cylinder balance Bank 2

The common cause is the oxygen sensor, this code condition if by itself tends to be intermittent, You clear the CK ENG LT .  If you replace the 02 sensor you need to do a 02 sensor relearn, they way you do this clear the CK ENG LT regardless if there is aCK ENG LT code stored in the ECM.
